MG VR8

The MGRV8 was a car developed by Rover in the early 90s and should not be confused with the 1.8cc MGB, the car also had a limited build of only 2000 cars all manufactured between 1993 & 1995.

Many MGBs have been retro fitted with V8 engines however the MGRV8 was designed from ground level at the Rover factory and with exception of the boot lid and doors all of the body panels, front and rear suspension were re-designed, the drive train uses the very reliable and well tested Range Rover manual gearbox matched to the more than adequate super smooth 3.9 litre V8 fuel injected engine.

Our car is in exceptional condition with an un-spoilt external body in pearlescent woodcote green matched with a two tone cream leather and burr walnut dashboard, door capping and gear lever.

This is a true drivers car that mixes the romantic external body style of the 50/60s with 90/00s engineering and gentleman's club luxury interior, the performance can be compared to many iconic sports cars past or present.

So if you have always liked the by-gone days car shapes but have become used to a little more creature comfort, then come and drive our MGRV8 whilst listening to your favourite music from the 6 stack CD player, tape deck or FM radio and enjoy the large smile that will come automatically with the sound of the exhaust tone as you open the throttle on the open road.
